1. Eligibility
   The Octaplus Referral Program is available only to registered users of Octaplus ("Referrers"). To participate, Referrers must be in good standing with active accounts.
2. Referral Reward
   Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will each receive £25 as a reward. The reward will be credited to both parties’ accounts following these conditions:

   1. The Referred Friend must successfully register for an Octaplus account using the Referrer's unique referral link.

   2. The Referred Friend should not be an existing Octaplus customer. This is valid to only new Octaplus customers.

   3. The Referred Friend must remain an active user for at a minimum period of 45 days, complete their first payment within this period, and must not have cancelled their account or any services during this time.

3. Claiming Rewards
   Rewards will be automatically credited to the Referrer's and Referred Friend's Octaplus wallet after the Referred Friend has fulfilled all qualifying conditions. Please allow up to 10 business days for the reward to be processed after the 45-day period ends.
4. Limitations

   1. Referrers may invite multiple friends and family members, but rewards will only be issued for each Referred Friend who meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

   2. Referrals should only be made to personal friends and family who will genuinely benefit from and use Octaplus services. Bulk email distributions and any use of automated systems or software to distribute referral links are prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.

5. General Conditions

   1. Octaplus reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer and Referred Friend from participating in the program at any time if they do not comply with any of these terms.

   2. Octaplus also reserves the right to hold or delay the reward if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

   3. Octaplus may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Referral Program after such changes shall constitute consent to any modifications.

6. Termination and Changes
   Octaplus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
7. Privacy
   Personal information collected from participants will be used to administer the program, including the delivery of rewards and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
