We think The One is a perfect fit for our customers, but if you’d prefer not to continue your service with The One, you are free to choose another broadband provider without any termination fees before your service transfers.

Will my price change?

Your current plan remains the same.

Do I need new equipment?

No, your existing router will continue to work.
