Terms and Conditions for £200 Incentive Raffle for Reviews

1. Eligibility

The £200 incentive raffle for reviews (hereinafter referred to as “the raffle”) is open to all individuals who have made a purchase and provided a review for Octaplus Supercharged LTD (Octaplus) this could be broadband, TV or VOIP landline during the specified promotional period.

2. Promotional Period

The promotional period for the raffle will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for participation

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the raffle, individuals must have made a purchase of [Product/Service] and provided a review through the designated platform or channel as specified by Octaplus Supercharged LTD (Octaplus). Only one entry per registered user will be accepted.

4. Prize

The prize for the raffle is a £200 cash incentive. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or monetary value.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The selection will be conducted fairly and impartially.

6. Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process within seven (7) days of the raffle draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected. The winner will be drawn and announced on social media first name and initial of the last name only for data protection.

7. Publicity

By participating in the raffle, entrants consent to the use of their name and review for promotional purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Disqualification

Octaplus Supercharged LTD (Octaplus) reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent or misleading.

10. Amendments

Octaplus Supercharged LTD (Octaplus) reserves the right to amend or withdraw the raffle or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions follow the legislation provided by the United Kingdom laws surrounding raffles such as the CAP code governed by the ASA.
